Spook
Spook is a strategy game in which the user plays the role of the director of a secret intelligence agency. From the title text:
You are the director of a secret intelligence agency for the government. In short, you are the chief agent, or spook, as we like to call them. Your job is two-fold: to protect the secrets of this nation from the enemy, and to discover the secrets of the enemy. You must convince us of your capabilities. Do well, and you will be amply rewarded. Your country is depending on you.
